Job Description :

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with our senior management team to craft and implement strategies that align with our agency’s goals and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients, industry trends, and market opportunities to expand our business portfolio.
• Develop Relationships: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and potential clients.
• Pitch and Proposals: Create compelling pitches and proposals that address client needs and highlight our agency’s strengths and capabilities.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute strategic plans aimed at achieving business development goals.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand competitive landscape and client needs, and use this information to drive strategic decisions.
• Negotiation: Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and contracts are established.
• Client Onboarding: Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new clients, ensuring clear communication and setting expectations.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze business development performance metrics, and report on progress to senior management.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and creative teams to align business development strategies with overall agency goals.
• Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels like networking events, and online platforms.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Candidates residing in Mumbai only
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a Business Development role (experience at a Marketing/ Advertising Agency mandatory).
• Have good Communication, Social, and Persuasive skills.
• Excellent knowledge and experience of digital and VM marketing strategies

OTHER DETAILS

1. Location – Andheri East (Near Western Express Highway Metro Station)
2. Working Days – Monday to Saturday (2nd and 4th Sat are off)
