- Ability to translate project strategy and client needs into creative design concepts.
- Brainstorm with team members to decide upon creative ideas to take the campaign, and pitches forward and help in making decisions for creative buckets.
- Strong conceptual thinking and design execution abilities in both visual and interaction design
- Creatively involved in end-to-end coordination and execution with the respective brands.
- Stay updated with current trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices in design, art, and related fields.
- Proven experience of 4 to 5 years within the art team in a marketing/advertising agency
- Experience managing multiple projects and the ability to meet deadlines
