JOB PROFILEĀ
- Manage the end to end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, candidate selection and onboarding new employees.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
- Manage Learning and Development process of different verticals.
- Manage performance appraisal processes.
- Stay informed about employment laws and regulations.
CANDIDATE PROFILEĀ
- Proven experience in human resources role for 6 months to 1 year.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
