JOB PROFILEĀ 

  1. Manage the end to end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, candidate selection and onboarding new employees.
  2. Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
  3. Manage Learning and Development process of different verticals.
  4. Manage performance appraisal processes.
  5. Stay informed about employment laws and regulations.

CANDIDATE PROFILEĀ 

  1. Proven experience in human resources role for 6 months to 1 year.
  2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  3. Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
  4. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
